Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RB4602 is a recent release entry level recumbent bike for ergonomic and low-impact workout sessions with 50 pound additional user weight capacity to the similar SF-RB4601 model we reviewed before. Although a little more expensive, this one is also a relatively budget priced model- good value for money with solid construction that helps it carry a maximum user weight of 350 pounds and features like and smooth 8-level magnetic resistance for different challenge levels, the belt driven transmission for quiet and smooth riding experience, a seat adjustment handle that lets you adjust the position of the seat easily, accurate built-in hand pulse sensors and a large and comfy cushioned seat and backrest so you can exercise comfortably. You have the anti-slip pedals with straps on to keep your feet in place and handles you can hold when you’re pedalling. By riding this bike for half an hour you can expect to burn anywhere between 200 and 400+ calories depending on the intensity / resistance level and speed and your gender (males burn more than females).

This is designed as a solid low-impact cardiovascular exercise equipment for burning calories and fat, toning different leg muscles and you can do it as hard as you want with eight degrees of tension through the easy to use tension dial knob underneath the large LCD panel with indicators like speed, distance, calories, time and heart rate through the pulse rate sensors on the handles on the side of seats so you can track how you’re going and keep your motivation up. So the seat, the frame and the straps on pedals are all easily adjustable for ease of use and comfort, making it suitable for people of different heights and ages at different fitness levels. Grey Sunny Recumbent Bike feels stable overall with its heavy duty build- weighs 60 pounds and measures 61 x 37 x 27 inches, has a walk-through frame design that makes the bike easy to mount and dismount and will be helpful for those with mobility or joint issues or recovering from injuries and the whole experience is comfy and ergonomic. It is not difficult to assemble in about half an hour with the instructions on the manual and is pretty straightforward to use. It is a solidly built recumbent bike that is functional and ergonomic at a budget price and make no mistake the low price tag does not represent what you’re really getting with this bike: It is very good value!
