Sunny Health & Fitness Indoor Cycling Bike via Amazon
Sunny Health & Fitness SF-B1423 is an indoor cycling bike with a belt drive and a 40 pound flywheel to enable quieter and smoother exercise sessions. Dense padding is comfy to sit on for a lengthy session, the seat and the handles are totally adjustable- making it very customisable and they are both ergonomic. It can carry a maximum of 250 pound user weight as it is built to be durable with good quality components and a heavy duty steel frame.
Electronic LCD display panel shows your distance travelled, speed, calories, time and scan so you will be able to monitor your progress better and you will achieve targets faster. Press down breaking is a convenient feature and along with the steel frame you will have safe and efficient workouts and you can adjust the friction resistance to your liking- you should start at less resistance and move up gradually and change resistance during the same cycling session. Sunny Health & Fitness SF-B1423 weighs 94 pounds with measurements of 47 x 20 x 44 inches, is quite portable with the transportation wheels and you can easily store it in a convenient corner of your room. You won’t have to go to gym and will have the luxury of exercising at home while you’re listening to your music, reading your book or watching shows on TV- fun, convenient and easy. It doesn’t come assembled, you will need to assemble it but not hard to do as you will find the instructions in the box.
It has upright cycle seat positioning and regular bike pedals with straps but they do feel stable and durable. This is a decent solid bike for home use (not commercial or gym settings) but is designed to be durable to last you a while, belt provides a smoother and quieter riding experience and you don’t need to oil it like you would a chain driven bike, the settings and the ability to adjust things- seat and handle bars is great on this bike but it is only ‘move up and down’ adjustments if you need more adjustments. Although it is designed for domestic use there is no reason why even the serious cyclists wouldn’t use it for their practices. It will give you enough resistance / tension to simulate very tough hills while maintaining the smooth pedal motion and would give a lot of people the kind of workout they need without having to join a gym and it is quite a good investment.
